"A La Carte" Services - This level of service is a good fit for clients desiring infrequent or one time concierge services.  As always, services are customized to meet each client's individual needs.  If you are not sure how many times you will need a personal assistant, this Service level may be appropriate for you.  As we do for all clients, we offer top notch service for a reasonable fee.  Fees for "A La Carte" concierge services are billed at the rate of $25 per hour with a one hour minimum.  Any additional time will be charged in 15 minute increments.
"Package" Services - Package services are suitable for someone looking for assistance with multiple tasks and/or for someone who will need Superlative's assistance on a recurring basis.  Packages are customized into either Platinum, Gold or Silver levels.  Package services are billed at a lower hourly rate as detailed below.

  • Platinum PackagE - $204.00  ($17.00/hr)

    12 hours - Concierge hours must be used within a 12 week period from the date of purchase. At the end of the twelve week period any unused time will be forfeited.

  • gold package - $144.00  ($18.00/hr)

    8 hours - Concierge hours must be used within an 8 week period from the date of purchase. At the end of the eight week period any unused time will be forfeited.

    • $144.00

  • silver package - $76.00 ($19.00/HR)

    4 hours  - Concierge hours must be used within a 2 week period from the date of purchase. At the end of the two week period any unused time will be forfeited.

    • $76.00

  • "A la carte" - $20.00

    1 hour - One hour of concierge services.

    • $20.00

  • gift certificate - $20.00

    Superlative Gift Certificate

    • $20.00

  • Service time begins when we leave our office and ends when the task(s) has been completed unless otherwise agreed to by the client and concierge.

  • All personal assistance and concierge services are based on an hourly rate with a minimum of a 1 hour service charge. Any additional time after the first hour, will be charged in increments of 15 minutes and rounded up to the next 15 minute increment.

  • If interested in Small Business services, please contact us to discuss your specific need and pricing.

  • The cost of your purchases are NOT included in our rates.  

  • Payment must be made at time of delivery on all purchases and expenses incurred, unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Depending on the service, pre-payment may be required.  A non-refundable deposit will be required for all purchases  over $100.00. Any unused portion will be credited towards future concierge services.  Please contact us for details.

  • Receipts for all purchases will be provided at the time of delivery.  

  • CANCELLATIONS: Requested services must be cancelled within 2 hours of initial contact for same day service.  Otherwise,  a minimum 1 hour service charge will apply. For other requests, please contact Superlative regarding the cancellation policy.
